1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by KEYTECHX PTE. LTD. ("Keytechx", "we"), a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202400494Z). By using the site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. Our Website Privacy Policy explains how we handle the small amount of personal data this site touches.
2. Use of the site
The site is for reading about Quiet and for getting in touch with us. Use it lawfully. Do not probe, disrupt, or overload it; do not misrepresent who you are on the contact form; do not use automated tools to scrape its content for republication. Ordinary search-engine indexing, personal use, and internal business use (sharing a page with your partners, quoting us in a procurement memo) are welcome.
3. Our content
Everything on this site (text, design, illustrations, film, and code) belongs to Keytechx or its licensors. The Quiet name and brand identify our product; do not use them without our written permission. You may view the site and link to it. You may not copy, adapt, or republish its content commercially without our written permission.
4. Other people's trademarks
Microsoft, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Outlook are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Quiet is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft. Other names and marks on this site belong to their owners; we use them only to describe what Quiet works with.
5. Not legal advice
This site discusses regulation that applies to law firms: professional conduct rules, confidentiality duties, data protection law. We describe it to explain our product. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and you should not act on it as legal advice. Take your own counsel's advice on your firm's obligations.
6. Accuracy
We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is complete or error-free at every moment. The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
7. Not an offer
Descriptions of Quiet, of pilots, and of pricing are information, not an offer. Pricing shown on the site is indicative. Pilots and purchases happen only under a separate written agreement between Keytechx and your firm, and that agreement, not this site, states what we deliver and on what terms. The Quiet product's handling of your firm's data is likewise governed by that agreement, not by anything on this site.
8. Third-party sites and services
The site may name or link to other organisations' sites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Singapore law, including the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content, including indirect and consequential loss and loss of profits, revenue, or data. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. The effective date at the top tells you which version is current. If you use the site after a change, you accept the changed terms.
11. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.
12. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by Singapore law, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
